Ms. Gracco specializes in environmental law, redevelopment law and insurance law as it relates to coverage issues pertaining to environmental matters. Ms. Gracco focuses her practice on the representation of public entities in the environmental litigation and regulatory matters.
Ms. Gracco obtained her law degree from the University of Oregon, School of Law and graduated from the University of California, Riverside, with a BS in Environmental Science. She is licensed to practice before the State courts of California, as well as the United States District Court, Eastern and Southern District of California. She is a member of the California Bar Association and the San Diego County Bar Association.
