Ms. Taylor works primarily on the Clean Water Act and coastal resources cases on behalf of California public entities. Ms. Taylor began her legal career as a fellow with the United States Marine Mammal Commission, where she worked on international and domestic marine policy issues. Prior to law school, Ms. Taylor worked as a marine biologist for various NGOs in the Caribbean, Hawaii and Australia.
Ms. Taylor received her law degree from the Lewis & Clark Law School, with a certificate in environmental and natural resources law. She graduated from the University of California, San Diego, with a Bachelor of Science in ecology, behavior and evolution.
