CASHA M. CAPPUCCIO, ESQ.

Ms. Cappuccio is an Associate at Brown & Winters. She focuses her practice mainly on environmental insurance coverage, insurance archaeology, bad faith litigation, and environmental litigation.

Ms. Cappuccio has experience in complex litigation. Recently, she represented numerous victims of the Paradise Camp Fire and the Atlas Fire in a complex mass tort case against Pacific Gas and Electric. She also represented a Pueblo in New Mexico in a complex land use matter against a mining company.

Ms. Cappuccio graduated from the University of San Diego School of Law in 2017. While at law school Ms. Cappuccio served in the Environmental Law Society. She was also the recipient of the Americorps Equal Justice Works Scholarship.

In 2012, Ms. Cappuccio graduated Cum Laude from Boston College where she double majored in Environmental Studies and Communications.

Ms. Cappuccio is admitted to the State Bar of California and the State Bar of Rhode Island. She is a member of both the California and Rhode Island Bar Associations as well as the Lawyers Club of San Diego.
